Morocan spiced free range chicken w/ sumac, mint & coriander yoghurt

Goats cheese & mozzarella balls w/ rocket & honey

Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto w/ balsamic drizzle

Followed by one of:-

Ceasar salad w cos lettuce, egg, bacon, parmesan, anchovies, croutons,

Caesar dressing. - add free range chicken

Crispy skin chicken thighs w/ creamy potato mash, mushroom sauce, asparagus,

burnt onion petals & jus

NZ eye fillet w/ crispy duck fat potatoes, asparagus, roast mushrooms & jus

Pappardelle w/ slow cooked lamb shoulder & toasted almond pangritata

Spaghetti - Aglio e olio - chilli, garlic, parsley, lemon, olive oil & parmesan

- add sauteed prawns

Asparagus, mint, peas & feta risotto

Paella style risotto - Chorizo, chicken, prawns, tomato, chilli, saffron & paprika
