Vivace is in its 30th year in the CBD Auckland and in its third site. The restaurant is unmistakenly Mediterranean in its style of cuisine and has a wonderful bar hiding behind large barn doors
What we are about
Vivace has an extensive selection of small plates/tapas style dishes available all day with a full menu available over lunch and dinner services. Off to one side is an internal hidden laneway bar like the Speakeasies of old. There are 30 wines by the glass, cocktails and a good selection of boutique spirits and craft beers.
The restaurant is perfect for pre show dining & drinks - only 700m from both Spark Arena & The Civic Theatre and 400m to the Ferry Terminal. We are two minutes walk from Britomart train station - ideal for those heading to Eden Park for football & rugby games.
Vivace is independent & family owned. The ambience is warm, friendly & casual with an excellent level of table service.
Set menus are available for groups & the chefs are happy to cater to guests with food allergies - a large proportion of the menu is Coeliac friendly. There is a separate vegan menu and a great kids menu available at all times .
